Zizr is a hyper personalized shopping platform, we help reduce unnecessary returns, save time, money and carbon emissions while making it easier to choose the right size when shopping online. Sizing solved also means fewer abandoned baskets.

 

Why should I use Zizr?

Zizr helps you with the right size. That way we reduce the uncertainty related to size when shopping online. It also reduces unnecessary returns. Wrong size means large volumes of returns. With a Zizr profile you can therefore the battle of unnecessary production, littering and pollution.

How does Zizr work?

Zizr recommends size through analyzing your purchase- and return history from collaborating stores, and compares this against product information. With your feedback, the size recommendations are continuously adjusted.

All this information, combined with advanced technology and machine learning, makes Zizr able to recommend you the right size.

 

Why should I create a Zizr-ID?

Zizr is an independent service that works across online stores with Zizr. By creating a Zizr-ID you will therefore be able to get size recommendations in several online stores – with a bigger database for size recommendations, instead of getting recommendations from a random size generator in the individual store. 



Purchases & returns

Do I have to log in to Zizr to get a size-recommendation?

To be able to use Zizr you have to be registered at Zizr and verified your email. As long as you haven't signed out from your Zizr-profile, and are shopping in the same browser, you´ll be able to get size recommendation from Zizr.

 

I can´t find any purchases in my profile. What do I do?

You must have at least one purchase in a collaborating store to be able to see your purchases. All your purchases are linked to your email address. If you purchase something in one of our collaborating stores and it doesn’t show in your Zizr profile, it might be because you’ve used a different email address than what you’ve registered at Zizr. Log into your profile and change or add more email addresses so that we can gather all your purchases.

 

Do I have to go through Zizr.id to shop and get a size recommendation?

No. As long as you have a Zizr-ID and you are signed in with this in the browser you are shopping in, you'll be able to shop directly in the online store as usual.

 

Why should I give feedback on my purchases?

The more feedback you provide in your Zizr profile, the more accurate Zizr can adjust your size recommendations.

Your feedback therefore means better size recommendation, which means fewer returns - which in turn means reduced carbon emission related to transportation, and reduced plastic and cardboard packaging.

So - convenient for you and eco-friendly!

 

How can I provide Zizr with feedback on my purchases?

In your Zizr profile under «Purchases and returns» you’ll be able to find an overview on all your purchases from our collaborating stores. On each purchase you’ll find a button that says «Did it fit?» By clicking it, a new window will appear where you can leave your feedback.



Size recommendation

How does Zizr know my size?

Zizr recommends size through analyzing your purchase- and return history from our collaborating stores. This information is then compared with product information. With your feedback the size recommendation is continuously adjusted. All the information, combined with advanced technology and machine learning, makes us able to recommend you the right size.

 

Why does it say that Zizr can’t recommend me a size?

It might be several reasons for this:

  1. You haven't verified your email address.
  2. Zizr can´t provide recommendation in the given product category.

Why does Zizr only provide med with a general size recommendation?

This is because you do not have any purchases in the same product category, with the same size type. As soon as you have a purchase in this category you will be able to get a personal size recommendation.

Why am I only able to get size recommendations in certain categories?

Zizr only gives you recommendations on clothes and shoes for adults. Categories we do not support within this are swimwear, underwear, gloves / mittens and hats / caps.

Do I have to log in to Zizr.id to get a size recommendation?

To be able to get recommendation from Zizr you have to be registered at Zizr.id with a verified email. As long as you don't log out from Zizr and shops in the same browser, you don´t have to log in at Zizr every time you shop in our collaborating stores.

 

Do I have to go through Zizr.id to get a size recommendation when I’m shopping?

No. As long as you have a Zizr-ID and are logged in in your browser, you don´t have to go via Zizr to get a size recommendation.


Privacy

Are my sizes and products visible to others?

No. Zizr takes your privacy seriously. Even though we compare data to generate size recommendation, there is no one who will know your size or which products you have purchased. All data is anonymized.

Does Zizr take my privacy into account?

Zizr is a 100% in accordance to GDPR and privacy laws. Knowit, the company behind Zizr, has extensive experience in security, and are behind Bank-ID and the first online bank in Norway.

How is Zizr using my data? 

Zizr only receives anonymized data from the online stores that we collaborate with. This data contains information about what products and sizes a user has purchased and returned. All data that can say something about who you are, is encrypted.

Why am I not able to log in?

If you’re having trouble logging in – try this:

  • Check if your email and password are spelled correctly
  • Try the mobile network (excludes network errors)
  • Contact Zizr.id at support@zizr.id.

 

How do I change the password to my Zizr-ID?

Log in to your Zizr-ID and enter «Settings». In the new window you can click on «Change password».

How do I change or add more email adresses to my Zizr-ID?

Log in to your Zizr-ID and enter «Settings». In the new window you can click on «Email». Here you can change or add email addresses. 

How do I delete my Zizr-ID?

Log in to your Zizr-ID and go to «Settings» and «Terms of use and privacy». Tick of deleting account and click «Delete account» button.
